Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
We want to make sure you’re 100% satisfied with your purchases, if you are not happy for any reason, email your request to [email protected] and we will reprint your order only after approval.
We do not issues refunds for custom printed merchandise.
Please ensure you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We are not responsible for any lost return package, and will not process any refund if we do not receive the return package.
